I personally pack and process each and every order!

Shipping: I use the USPS (United States Postal Service) and ship first class in the US and air mail worldwide. In the US, orders take anywhere from 4 to 7 days to arrive. Airmail takes 7-14 days.

Rush orders: E-mail or call me @ 203-848-4706 to ask if I can meet your needs.

Returns: Items that you did not use may be returned within two weeks of purchase. Once I receive it in good condition, I will make the credit return charges.

Exchanges for a different item: Return the item and I will do a credit refund once I receive it. I will e-mail you to let you know a refund has been processed. Then just purchase from the web site what it is you wish to have instead. If the items costs the same I will simply do an exchange.

Please rest assured I never see your credit card information!
